Senior Vice President, Originations

Kristin joined Pender Capital in 2018, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Originations. Kristin brings over 14 years of commercial real estate finance, investment, and marketing experience, and is responsible for the firm’s overall business development platform. Prior to joining Pender, Kristin was Vice President of Originations for Farmers & Merchants Bank and served in various roles at CommerceWest Bank and Strong Capital Management. Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
