Neil Beldock

Senior Vice President, Lending

Neil joined Pender Capital in 2018, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Lending. Neil brings nearly 40 years of commercial real estate finance experience, having facilitated transactions totaling over $2.5 billion throughout his career. At Pender, Neil’s responsibilities include the management of all loan lending activities for the firm, from loan submission to funding. Throughout his career, Neil has held various executive and management roles covering loan originations and servicing, loan securitization, and joint venture operations. Neil has held positions at Citigroup, Coast Federal Bank, and Independence Bank of Los Angeles, among others. Neil holds a bachelor’s degree from Long Island University.
